How do I return an item?

Orders that are cancelled will be refunded minus the credit card or PayPal fees incurred in the transaction.

Our 30 day guarantee is to insure that you are entirely happy with your purchase from TTVJ Audio. We refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and credit card or PayPal processing costs.

For example, you order a $100 product. We offer free shipping that costs us $10 (the shipping costs will vary from product to product!) for your order - but if it is returned to us for refund, the cost of shipping is not refunded. Also, credit card or PayPal processing is up to 3.5% which is NOT refunded to us and therefore not refunded to you. You would get a refund or $86.50 - $100 - $10 to ship to you and $3.50 for the processing fees. This is in addition to our 15% restocking fees so this refund would be $71.50. In certain cases we will wave the 15% restocking fee. Call us to discuss this before you return your order to us.

Product must be in like new condition or a portion of the refund will be kept to cover the loss. You can use the 15% for in store credit for 30 days after we receive the return on an item of equal or higher cost.

We do NOT accept returns on the following items: IEM headphones, earphones, ear pads, custom orders, preorders, special orders, sale or discounted items, specially priced items and used or showroom demo items.
